House & Home Concierge helps older adults remain safely and comfortably in the homes they love for as long as possible. We provide aging-in-place planning, home safety assessments, transition coordination, and support for families—especially those living far away from an aging parent.
Do you provide healthcare or personal care?
No. We are not a healthcare provider, home health agency, or personal care service.
Instead, we help families evaluate the home environment, identify safety concerns, coordinate trusted professionals, organize projects, and create practical plans that make living at home safer and easier.

What is an Aging in Place Assessment?
An Aging in Place Assessment is a walk-through of the home to identify potential safety risks, accessibility concerns, and opportunities to improve comfort and independence.
After the assessment, you'll receive practical recommendations tailored to your situation and budget.
When is the best time to start planning?
Earlier than most people think.
The best time is before a fall, hospitalization, or other emergency. Making gradual improvements over time is often less stressful, less expensive, and allows older adults to remain in control of decisions.
Do I have to complete every recommendation?
Not at all.
Our recommendations are just that—recommendations. Every family has different priorities, budgets, and timelines. We help you decide what makes the most sense for your situation.
Can you coordinate contractors and home projects?
Yes.
We can help coordinate trusted local professionals for projects such as:
Grab bars
Ramps
Lighting improvements
Flooring changes
Bathroom modifications
Handyman services
Outdoor safety (lighting, walkways, etc.)
General home maintenance
My parent lives alone. Can you help even if I live out of state?
Absolutely. That’s what we do.
Many of our clients are adult children who live hours—or even states—away. We serve as a trusted local resource, helping coordinate services, assess concerns, and keep you informed so you don't have to manage everything from a distance.
Will you tell my parent what they have to do?
Never.
We believe older adults deserve respect, dignity, and the opportunity to make their own decisions whenever possible. Our role is to provide information, options, and thoughtful guidance—not pressure.
Do you sell products or receive commissions?
No.
Our recommendations are based solely on what we believe is best for your situation. We do not earn commissions from recommending specific products or contractors.
